No longer availible?!?!

I deleted this app awhile back and I justtried reinstalling it. I got a error messege that said "this application is no longer availible." It might be because I have version 3.0. I dont know. It worked fine while I had it though. 

Warning!- GPS is needed so WiFi on iPod Touch wont work!
